- Career Planning measures HOW a person would choose to do the job. It provides a broad understanding of his/her work style.
- Work Environment measures WHAT behavioral characteristics are needed for a particular job. It answers the question, "If the job could speak what would it say?" Matching the natural behavioral style of the person to the job will allow for less tension thus improving longevity and work performance.
- Attribute Index measures WILL the person do the job.
